50 Cent is being sued by a woman who claims she was injured during his microphone-hurling rant at a Los Angeles concert last summer.

L.A. radio personality Bryhana Monegain claims in a civil case filed Thursday she was struck by the mic and suffered “severe and permanent injuries,” as well as “emotional distress.

The Power 106 host — who publicly shared gnarly photos of her injuries the next day — is accusing the hip-hop star and concert promoter AEG of legal negligence over the episode at Crypto.com Arena.

In incident occurred on Aug. 30 when the Emmy-winning rapper reportedly realized his microphone wasn’t working properly and threw it into the crowd, allegedly striking Monegain in the face and left wrist.

The lawsuit states Monegain was transported by ambulance to the emergency department of Los Angeles General Medical Center. There, Monegain was treated for her injuries, including a “concussion” and “laceration over her forehead.”

She also says she experienced nausea, dizziness, sensitivity to light and sound, and headaches following the episode.

Monegain — who filed a police complaint in which she claims 50 Cent knew she was in the area where he chucked the mic — is also suing for medical expenses incurred as a result, along with wages she lost from missing work during her recovery.

50’s attorney, Scott Leemon, initially maintained that the rapper didn’t “intentionally” strike anyone during the show and instead threw the mic out of frustration over technical issues.

Both the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office and the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office declined to bring a criminal battery case against the “In da Club” rapper in November.
