This footage was filmed and produced 16 February 2024. The City of LA continues to find ways to stop graffiti artist from entering tagging the three structures in downtown. LAPD has encircled the building with 24 hour enforcement and new fencing is planned to go around the grounds of the structures. Colorful graffiti and tags now cover every floor of the hi-rises and can be seen for miles in Los Angeles, CA on February 16, 2024.
