Today that man, Joshua Hinson, who goes by lakey360 on social media, saw one of his cases dismissed.

Court documents show a charge of criminal mischief was dismissed today after a city prosecutor told the court they had insufficient evidence to prove their case against the chalk artist.

Hinson is still fighting a separate citation he was issued, also for chalk.
