LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Lancaster County business is celebrating its 100-year anniversary with a new mural.

Visitors and art fanatics can visit Howells Glass Company at 114 S Queen St, in Lancaster to check out their new mural outside.

The mural, “Wall 2 Wall,” was a two-month-long art project created by local graffiti artists who have previously worked on murals on several other buildings in the city.

Robert Howells, the past owner of Howells Glass Company, said this year was the perfect time to join the other buildings in supporting local artists.

“It hit me all of a sudden with the 100th year coming into effect of our anniversary, that it would be a good way to celebrate the local artists in Lancaster along with our businesses and for the community,” he said.
