Dancers from Davenport Assumption won the title, while Clear Lake was a close second and Harlan and Bishop Heelan also competed in Class VI Hip Hop on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association state championship in Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines.
Assumption received a score of 365 from the four judges, finishing one-half of a point ahead of Clear Lake.
