East Idaho Crime Stoppers has offered a $500 reward for any tip that leads to a successful graffiti-related arrest in the local area.
Doug Kinney, co-owner of the Pie Hole in downtown Idaho Falls, said this comes as he and other business owners have had rising concerns with graffiti.
