When a lot of people first think of graffiti — they might think about vandalism or something negative associated with it. But there’s one local group, The Graffiti Park Foundation, that’s working to change the stigma by highlighting all aspects of graffiti art.
Mark your calendars for Saturday May 10th! The 2nd annual Graffiti Park Foundation Fest is back! The non-profit group works with various community partners to create hundreds of different art pieces. We went to go check out the space they are set to transform.
Graffiti Park is also looking to raise money to support more community art programs.
The Graffiti Park Foundation Fest is happening Saturday, May 10th from 10am to 4pm at 401 Drake Street in Henderson, NV.
There’s free parking and its open to people of all ages.
