Taking to social media, Berry responded to a user who weighed in on her presence in many a rap song.
“Halle Berry may be the most rapped about woman in history. Imagine being that fine,” the user said in a message to Berry.
“and I appreciate each rap song reference. what are you guys’ favorite?” the Oscar-winner replied to her official X account.

Soon after posting her comment, fellow users came out to share their remarks. Among those checking in was Missy Elliott, who reacted after Berry crowned the hip-hop icon’s 2002 hit “Work It” her favorite song referencing her name.

“Work It” is one of many tunes’ rappers have used over the years to reference Berry and her beauty. Notable examples of Berry appreciation can be found in “Money Trees” by Kendrick Lamar, “Beach Is Better” by Jay-Z, “F**kin’ Problems” by A$AP Rocky and “Halle Berry (She’s Fine)” by Hurricane Chris.

The 57-year-old “Never Let Go” star has long voiced her thankfulness for how Hip-Hop culture has celebrated her, often describing the mentions as flattering,” AllHipHop noted.
According to the site, Berry’s name has been woven into the lyrics of nearly 1,000 rap songs, making her one of the most name-checked women in the genre’s history.
She has said she cannot choose a single favorite because “they all mean a lot to her,” according to her previous public statements.
