Chris Brown’s Graffiti-Filled Former Home Lists For $2.9M

Chris Brown’s former Hollywood Hills home, the same one that stirred headlines thanks to his graffiti-style monster murals, is back on the market, now listed at $2.9 million. While the infamous exterior artwork may be gone, the inside remains a bold tribute to street art and color.

Fans might recall the drama that unfolded when Brown spray-painted smiling monster faces on the front of the house, sparking complaints from neighbors and even a city citation back in 2013. He sold the home the following year for $1.69 million. Now, the 2,800-square-foot space is making a reappearance with some serious upgrades and an interior that still reflects a graffiti artist’s vision.

Although the listing photos don’t show those original outdoor murals, the inside is still bursting with personality. There’s a forest-themed mural in the game room, a colorful creature wrapped around the oven in the Boffi kitchen, and even a Sonic the Hedgehog mural near the stairs to greet guests. The house also boasts sleek modern features like glass walls, elevator access, and a luxurious primary suite with a spa-style wet room, shower massage system, and bright red freestanding tub.

Outdoors, the vibe leans full-on resort, with a saltwater pool and spa, cabanas set in sand, waterfall features, and even a color-changing LED light show. Real estate agent Craig Strong of Compass is leading the listing, and fellow agent Jessica Vollhardt will be hosting an open house on Sunday, May 11 for anyone hoping to get a look at what remains of Brown’s original vision.

Chris Brown may have left the building, but his imprint lives on, and this art-filled oasis is ready for a new owner to call it home.
