Bhad Bhabie has been honored by the city of Providence, Rhode Island, for what officials described as “her impact on the culture and her Hip-hop History.

The recognition was presented by Providence City Councilman John Goncalves following the 22-year-old artist’s recent performance in the city. On Instagram, Goncalves highlighted the importance of celebrating individuals who contribute to the city’s identity as the “Creative Capital,” noting Bhabie’s influence alongside 49 other honorees.

“Proud to welcome Bhad Bhabie to the City of #Providence as she lit up Downtown with her performance!” the Councilman wrote. “We presented her with an official City citation for impact and her Hip-Hop artistry. As the Creative Capital, I want to recognize 50 local Providence artists this June – musicians, dancers, DJs, rappers, poets, creatives making noise and shaping culture – regardless of music or genre!”

Since rising to stardom in 2016 after her viral appearance on Dr. Phil, Bhad Bhabie — born Danielle Bregoli — has gone on to build a multi-million dollar career. Most notably, her success on OnlyFans has drawn widespread attention and revenue.

During a recent livestream with DDG, the Florida native revealed her hefty profit behind her OF account. “What’s the most you made in a day on there?” DDG asked. “When I first started, I made a million dollars in six hours,” she responded. “And by the end of the day, it was like $4,000,000.”

She added, “Now, overall, the net on it is like $75,000,000,” explaining that she has invested much of the income. “I got properties, cars, all that type of sh*t.” Last July, she posted a screenshot of her OnlyFans metrics, which showed $71,000,000 in gross earnings and $57,000,000 in net profit.

In addition to her business ventures, Bhabie also has great reception with her music, to which she holds platinum certifications for her singles “Hi Bich” and “Gucci Flip Flops.” Aside from her lucrative creative career, Bhabie opened up about her health last year, sadly revealing she was diagnosed with cancer.

The news surfaced in November 2024 after fans began speculating about her noticeable weight loss in social media posts where she appeared visibly drained. In response to the online commentary, she addressed the rumors directly, writing, “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me lose weight. I’m slowly gaining it back. So, stop running with the worst narratives.”

Shortly after her statement, a family source close to the artist confirmed that Bhad Bhabie had indeed been diagnosed with cancer and was receiving medical treatment under a doctor’s care.
