CASETiFY has revealed its collaboration with renowned artist and graffiti artist André Saraiva. Living between Paris, New York and Lisbon, André Saraiva began painting his famous character, Mr. A, on the walls of Paris almost 30 years ago. Since then, Mr. A has become his alter ego and best friend, accompanying him on all his adventures.

For this collection, CASETiFY worked closely with the artist to create a collection of phone cases featuring the iconic Mr. A character. Inspired by pink life, art and love, this unique collaboration fuses André Saraiva’s distinctive style with CASETiFY’s expertise in technology.

The collection includes a wide selection of models, with particular attention paid to the red and white hull featuring the famous street sign Mr. A. Simple, minimalist and iconic, this hull perfectly embodies André Saraiva’s distinctive style. Each hull is a unique work of art, representing a part of the artist’s creative soul.

In addition to phone covers, the collection includes cases for iPads, MacBooks and headphones, offering Mr. A fans a complete range of tech accessories to express his passion for art on all objects. 

To celebrate the launch of this collaboration,

CASETiFY is opening its first pop-up store in the Beaubourg district at 73-75 rue Quincampoix, 75003 Paris.

This pop-up store, imbued with the collection’s emblematic pink color, will be open from March 15th to 31st, 2024, from 11am to 7pm. A not-to-be-missed opportunity to preview the Mr. A x CASETiFY co-lab.

The co-lab will also include an edition of 50 Mr. A skateboards.

About the artist

André Saraiva (born July 2, 1971) is a Swedish-French graffiti artist renowned for his iconic character, Mr. A, which he has painted worldwide. His graffiti has graced museums like MoCA and appeared in feature films like “Exit Through the Gift Shop.”

In 1986, André introduced Mr. A onto the streets of Paris, instantly establishing himself as a prominent figure in the graffiti scene. He estimates creating approximately 300,000 Mr. A characters throughout his career.

André’s artistic ventures extend beyond graffiti, with exhibitions in galleries and museums worldwide. In 2002, he launched the concept store “BlackBlock” in Paris, hosting concerts, parades, and performances while reinvesting profits into new artistic projects. Notable exhibitions include participation in MoCA Los Angeles’ Art in the Streets in 2011 and showcases at prestigious venues like the Grand Palais in Paris and the 54th Venice Biennale. In 2014, a solo retrospective of his work was held at the Museu do Design e da Moda in Lisbon.
