Blueface has given fans an update on his legal problems after being handed a four-year prison sentence for violating his probation.
Phoning in to DJ Hed and Gina Views’ radio show Effective Immediately from behind bars, the Los Angeles rapper explained when he would likely be released and how he has been spending his time inside.

“So I got sentenced to four years. I got a year’s credit, so that goes down to three years, and I gotta do 33 percent of that … [so I’ll be home] probably like March, April [2025].”
Blueface then revealed what his average day in prison looks like: “I be jacking off, watching TV, eating Doritos and using the phone. That’s pretty much it […] They only got like 12 channels. I’ve been watchin a lot of the news, the Sherri show and The Jennifer Hudson Show.”
He added: “I’m chilling, man. I’m in my environment. It’s like a little break from responsibility. I’m like 180 [pounds] right now; I’ve never been 180 before. I’m getting sized up, I’m about to bounce out looking like a dalmation.”
Despite being locked up, the “Thotiana” star admitted that he still wants to fight Soulja Boy and NLE Choppa after feuding with both rappers before his incarceration.
“Soulja Boy promised me a fade so whatever’s clever, the fastest way we can do it. I’m still on that,” he said. “I think NLE owes me one, too. I’ve seen him out there popping it.”

Blueface has been locked up since January after he turned himself in over a probation violation relating to a 2021 assault charge.
His manager Wack 100 had previously estimated that he would not serve anything close to the full sentence: “He got four years, 400 hundred-something days off. It’ll come down to three years. He’ll go to state and do a third of the time. He’ll be home in nine, 10 months.”
It is believed the probation violation was being caught with drug paraphernalia.
Blueface’s on-and-off girlfriend Chrisean Rock is also facing extensive legal issues of her own.

Rock, who shares a young child with the rapper, was arrested earlier this summer over an outstanding warrant relating to drug charges.
She was taken into custody after attending one of Blueface’s court hearings with their child. Video footage showed the reality star being led away in handcuffs by male and female cops.

In the clip, she said: “They saying I got a whole other case caught up in fucking downtown. I don’t even be downtown. It’s cool, I got my peoples looking into it.”
Rock had long been aware of the warrant and acknowledged that she was ignoring it as she did not want to spend time away from her child. She could face up to eight years in prison.
