Cleveland DJ raps Browns into playoff victory?: ‘That would be some real poetic justice’

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland native is adding sweet sound to the Brown championship chase.

Matthew Davis, widely known as DJ HazMatt, is using his musical talents to recap the Browns success each week and rub it in haters faces.

“These are just things I’m rolling off the top. The browns to the Super Bowl we are going nonstop!” rapped DJ HazMatt.

Dj HazMatt is putting the three things he loves most-family, hip hop, and the Cleveland Browns-into one.

“I’ve been into hip hop music my whole life,” said DJ HazMatt.

“Anything that leads me to a stage or leads me to perform is something I’ve always had a passion for.”

Although he now lives in Atlanta, the Cleveland native forever reps his home team.

Since 2019, he’s dedicated his social media to giving musical recaps to each Browns game, featuring his two sons.

“Been repping the land, let ’em know! Here we go Brownies, here we go!” rapped DJ HazMatt.

When he’s not rapping out each play, you can him on your radio in Atlanta, with DISH Nation, and right here in the C-L-E for 93.1 WZAK.

Don’t worry, no distance will ever take the dawg out of him.

“No matter what the season was doing, I always was talking trash to my friends” said DJ HazMatt.

As the agony grows for Cleveland fans to see the Browns take the DUB against the Texans, DJ HazMatt says no need to worry, his dawgs got it!

He’ll have mic and camera on standby for the victory and to rub it in the haters face.

“It would be even sweeter if we can beat Pittsburgh and the Ravens on the way to the Super Bowl. That would be some real poetic justice there,” said DJ HaxMatt
