DJ Akademiks ended 2023 with a string of fiery tweets aimed at Metro Boomin. The latter liked a tweet targeted at the controversial media personality for his recent revelations regarding his ex-girlfriend, which sent the Off The Record host into a fit of rage.

Akademiks opened up on a recent episode of Off The Record about how his ex-girlfriend stole $500,000 from him. Naturally, he became a major topic of conversation on X, formerly known as Twitter. One user shared a recap of everything that Ak said his former beau did to him and sarcastically saluted his loyalty to her on Saturday (Dec. 30). The St. Louis producer liked the tweet, which triggered Akademiks’ anger.

“.@MetroBoomin You a bi**h a** ni**a,” he wrote in a tweet. “Dont like s**t bout me you h** a** ni**a… every time I violated u… u basically ran and [tucked] your tail.” He then took things a personal route, bringing up Boomin’s supposed feud with Drake and his recently deceased mother. “.@MetroBoomin your bi**h a** aint respond to drake… u a known h**.. go mourn in peace u sh*thead.”

DJ Akademiks wasn’t done there. He referenced Drake’s recent quote about “tweet and deleters,” which was seemingly aimed at Metro Boomin who deleted a tweet about Her Loss being considered for awards that Heroes & Villains wasn’t.

“.@MetroBoomin you a sucka ni**a,” he wrote. “Tweet [and] deleter.. .a True pure 100% fishcale pu**y. [Sensitive] beatmaker who throw stones and hide ur hand…. Keep mourning u bi**h a** ni**a and keep my [f**king] name out of ur likes and mentions.”

The Grammy-winning producer has yet to respond to anything Akademiks has said. He did, however, seemingly reply to The 6 God’s comments a few weeks ago. After the Toronto superstar mentioned “tweet and deleters,” he got close to the camera and asked unnamed people if they “wanted to do something,” meaning fight. Boomin posted a video from one of RDCWorld’s popular comedy skits where one of the actors says, “Whoa calm down Jamal, don’t pull out the nine!”
