Erick The Architect is truly a well-known fixture in the hip-hop world as one of the founding members of the iconic Flatbush Zombies. However, he is also highly acclaimed in his solo career and continues to shine with his latest EP ARCSTRUMENTALS 3.
ARCSTRUMENTALS 3 is a far cry from what one would hear from his hip-hop trio with a heavy focus on dance music. The combination of hip-hop and dance blends beautifully on this 3-track project; “ALL THAT I NEED” leans the heaviest into the house music, while “REVIVAL” leans the heaviest into the hip-hop. “LUNCHIN” is the best of both worlds featuring electrifying horns and a super smooth flow.
Speaking on the EP, Erick says,
“I was searching for a way to be uplifted and reminded that it’s okay to smile and enjoy yourself. In typical ARCSTRUMENTALS fashion, I’ve landed on a concept and produced these songs as an introduction to a style of music I’ve always loved.”
