*DJ Polo has passed away and his cause of death has not been reported at this time.
Born Thomas E. Pough, he’s best known as the legendary DJ of the iconic duo Kool G Rap & DJ Polo. Their collaboration resulted in some of the most groundbreaking tracks of the late ’80s and early ’90s, with albums like “Road to the Riches” and “Wanted: Dead or Alive” becoming staples in hip-hop collections.
