A man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage as part of an investigation into graffiti tagging.

Avon and Somerset Police made the arrest following several incidents in Bath, in which the tag ‘Jenga’ was sprayed onto buildings on Walcot Street, Bath Street and Guinea Lane.

Last month, a member of the public called Avon and Somerset Police to say a man was spraying a building on Upper Bristol Road.

The 30-year-old suspect was apprehended following a short foot-chase, police said. He has since been released on conditional bail while enquiries continue.
