Now, the Houston Hottie is accusing Lanez of being behind Gramz’s online attacks in an amended complaint viewed by HipHopDX.
After obtaining recordings of Lanez’s phone calls from prison through a subpoena, Megan’s lawyers claim they have proof that the Canadian has been harassing her by paying Gramz to spread “malicious falsehoods” and using her as his “mouthpiece.”

“[Tory] has repeatedly discussed [Gramz] with his father,” the filing reads. In one phone call, “the two confidently asserted that [Megan] would never be able to prove that [Tory] pays or paid [Gramz] for attacking [Megan].”
It adds: “[Gramz’s] false statements regarding the Trial are part and parcel of aconspiratorial relationship with [Tory] in which [Gramz] acts as a paid surrogate used to spread [Tory]’s lies about [Megan].”

The filing adds a defamation claim against Milago Gramz, in addition to the original claims of promotion of an altered sexual depiction, intentional infliction of emotional distress and cyberstalking.
Megan has also petitioned for an injunction against the YouTuber to stop them “from committing any acts of stalking and providing any terms the court deems necessary for protection of a victim of stalking.”
Neither Tory not Gramz have yet to comment on the filing.
In her initial lawsuit, Megan The Stallion claimed Milago Gramz directed her thousands of followers to a deepfake video of Megan having sex and falsely claimed that Tory Lanez’s DNA was not found on the gun used in the 2020 shooting for which he was imprisoned.

“In reality, the DNA results from the firearm were ‘inconclusive,’ meaning that [Tory] could not be excluded or included as one of the possible contributors of the mixed genetic material,” the complaint read.
It also said that the YouTuber’s conduct has “caused, and continues to cause, significant personal and economic harm to [Megan],” “injured her reputation and standing as a professional musician” and “caused severe mental and emotional harm.”

The suit seeks at least $75,000 in damages. The case is set to go to court on July 21, 2025.
