-Maybe a new variant of the RV400

-Could have more range and features

Revolt Motors is all set to launch a new electric motorcycle on 17 September. The company is quite tight-lipped about the bike but it could be a new variant of the RV400. We can also not rule out the possibility of an all-new motorcycle from Revolt. Nevertheless, it has been a while since Revolt launched a new electric motorcycle in India.

Revolt currently sells the RV400 and RV400 BRZ in India. The former is the top-spec motorcycle. It has a 3kW motor and a claimed range of 150km.

In all likelihood, the new Revolt electric motorcycle will have a bigger, more powerful motor. It should also get a bigger battery which should translate to more range. Whether the battery is swappable like the current RV400 or will it be a fixed one is what remains to be seen.

The electric motorcycle space in India is slowly witnessing a rise in action with more motorcycles being launched. Besides the Revolt RV range, there’s the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2, Oben Rorr and Ather’s new platform that was announced recently.
