HOLYOKE ― An artist familiar with the local street art scene has an idea for Holyoke as it works to address blight and graffiti: Dedicate a place in the city where tagging and other graffiti art is sanctioned.
Although there is no way to stop graffiti, there is a way to streamline activities said multi-disciplinary artist Marc Austin.
