WILLCOX – Several changes to zoning regulations topped the agenda at a regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council of Willcox on May 15, 2025.
The city noticed a modest increase in graffiti occurring throughout the city. The only specific regulations in the City Codes on graffiti are about refuse containers, in Section 5.06.160.
Southwest Irrigation seeks a rezoning for a property directly across its current location from R-4 to Industrial.
