Young Thug dropped in on his lawyer Keith Adams during an interview and asked the attorney to get him out off probation.
Adams, who represented Thug in his YSL RICO case alongside Brian Steel and others, was appearing on the YouTube channel TheFitLawyerATL when he got a FaceTime call from his celebrity client.

The lawyer then showed his phone to the camera and the recently freed rapper flashed a peace sign to viewers.
After the YouTube host congratulated Thugger on his recent release from jail and wished him good luck while he’s on probation, the Atlanta native joked: “Get me off the probation.”
He also thanked fans for their support and said it “kept him going” during the lengthy case, which saw him spend two and a half years behind bars.
In the same interview, Keith Adams revealed that Young Thug has some regrets over taking a plea deal, which came with 15 years of probation.
Asked about the rapper’s reaction to the two remaining YSL defendants, Yak Gotti and Shannon Stillwell, walking free after being acquitted of all charges (with the exception of a gun charge for Stillwell), the lawyer said: “Jeffery [Young Thug] called me about five minutes after that verdict came down […] His reaction was twofold.

“He was happy for [Gotti] and for Stillwell. Very happy. He was happy that they’re coming home. There was a part of him I think that was thinking, We probably should have gone all the way ’cause we would have been walking out of there with a not guilty verdict as well.
“I agree, we would have. And we wanted to. There came a point where Jeffery made a decision to enter that plea and go home that day, and he did. So his reaction, he was happy for them [but] there was a little bit of regret on his part.”
Adams added: “But overall, he’s still doing great. He’s happy to be home. He’s out in L.A. He’s doing just fine and he’s gonna be doing just fine.”
Thug was released from jail on October 31 after accepting a plea deal, which resulted in him being sentenced to time served and 15 years’ probation which comes with numerous strict conditions.

The 33-year-old is banned from the Metro Atlanta area for 10 years, unable to make gang references in his music and prohibited from contacting any of his co-defendants other than his brother Quantavious “Unfoonk” Grier and Gunna, who is, of course, signed to his label.
He must also submit to random drug tests, deliver anti-gang and anti-gun violence presentations in schools and complete 100 hours of community service during each year of his probation.

If a judge rules that he has violated any of these conditions, Thug will serve 20 years of “backloaded” prison time, meaning he is essentially walking a legal tightrope until 2039.
